There are a variety of ways local residents can honor fallen soldiers this Memorial Day weekend. Parades and other ceremonies are slated for at least four communities, along the waterfront and in town centers, in St. Clair County on Monday, as well as across the Blue Water Area. The following are a few of the highlights. Port Huron The parade in Port Huron will be staged starting at 9:30 a.m. on West Quay Street in front of the Zebra Bar. The event begins at 11 a.m. with the parade route heading north on Huron Avenue through downtown and ending with ceremonies at Pine Grove Park, where two fallen hero names will be added to the Grand Army of the Republic Memorial.
